Comfortable stay with convenient access
helpful staff excellent breakfast
I found the staff super friendly and helpful. we were able to leave our luggage with them so we were free to explore before we could check in. breakfast was also good. It included plenty of choice.
however, when i tried to book a parking place, i was told it was "first come first served" with no guarantee that i would get a place. it was added stress, and that's never a GOOd thing.

warm staff unexpected upgrade high quality food friendly staff
The reception staff was warm and helpful, even providing first aid for a wrist injury. I received an unexpected upgrade from a standard room to a high-level room. The evening meal offered fine dining with high-quality food cooked to a high standard. The restaurant staff was cute, striking a balance between formality and friendliness (which i appreciated).
The mini-fridge in my room was empty upon arrival.

The front desk provided efficient check-in with all necessary details. the room was spacious and clean, something i really value. the bed linen was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep.
The restaurant and bar area was closed on a specific evening. I found this inconvenient since i was staying that night.

comfy room spacious room friendly staff dusty room breakfast quality dark corridor
the room was comfy and spacious. i slept well (the pillows were great!). the staff were friendly and helpful. i was able to leave my luggage so i could explore before check-in.
the room was a bit dusty because of the carpet. the corridors were dark and narrow. the breakfast was not great. we were told we could have breakfast until 11 am on sunday but there was a brunch that sunday instead.

loose showerhead inadequate soundproofing
The bathroom needed updates as the showerhead was loose. soundproofing was inadequate. Corridor noise disrupted sleep. I could hear other guests talking loudly at late hours. This affected my rest .
